SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICIES

Subject to product availability, orders are generally processed for shipment within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by any particular date. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, telephone number, and other information reasonably necessary to complete delivery. A signature may be required for delivery.

Velovita may make partial shipments or deliveries when reasonably necessary. If Velovita is unable to ship an order within the time represented at the time of purchase, or within any period otherwise required by applicable law, Velovita will provide any notice, cancellation right, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law.

Risk of Loss; Carrier Responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, risk of loss or damage to an order passes to the customer when Velovita delivers the shipment to the carrier. Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, Velovita is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, tampering, misdelivery, or damage occurring during transit. Any claim arising from the carrier’s handling or delivery of a shipment should be made directly with the carrier. Velovita may, in its discretion, assist a customer with a carrier claim, but doing so does not make Velovita responsible for the carrier’s acts or omissions. Nothing in this provision limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If circumstances beyond Velovita’s reasonable control make shipment or delivery impracticable, delayed, or impossible, Velovita may suspend, delay, cancel, redirect, or arrange for the return of the affected shipment, subject to applicable law. If you fail or refuse to accept delivery, provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or otherwise cause a shipment to be returned, Velovita may deduct or charge reasonable shipping, return-shipping, storage, handling, or other costs actually incurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other governmental fees associated with delivery unless Velovita expressly states otherwise. Delivery times for international shipments may be affected by customs processing, local carriers, or other circumstances outside Velovita’s control.
